Alarm Clock

Set an alarm for any time of day. Choose an alarm sound, snooze when it rings, and keep an eye on the live countdown right in the browser tab title.

Alarm!

How It Works

Pick a time on the clock and click Set Alarm. If the time has already passed today, the alarm is scheduled for the same time tomorrow. The large display counts down the time remaining in hours, minutes, and seconds, and the same countdown appears in your browser's tab title so you can keep another tab in focus.

Alarm Sounds

Choose from several built-in tones — Beep, Chime, Digital, Siren, and Pulse are generated on the fly with the Web Audio API, while Classic plays a bundled MP3. Use the Preview button to hear a short sample before committing. Most browsers require a click before they will play audio, so setting or previewing the alarm also unlocks sound for when it rings.

Snooze

When the alarm rings, click Snooze to silence it and reschedule for 5 or 10 minutes later, or Stop to dismiss it entirely. The countdown resumes for the new snooze time.

Desktop Notifications

Enable desktop notification to also receive a system notification when the alarm fires. Your browser will ask for permission the first time. This is optional — the on-page alarm and sound work with or without it.

Privacy & Limitations

Everything runs client-side in JavaScript — no times are sent to any server. The alarm only works while this tab remains open. Your last chosen sound and notification preference are remembered in your browser's localStorage.
